9. GROSSGLOCKNER ULTRA-TRAIL powered by Dynafit

The GUUT is an asset and major event for Kals am Großglockner and our Hotel, also the sportive highlight of the year. As as practicants it was a challenge, but most of all a great pleasure to be a part of this event.

As the Tauerwirt team, we like to be actively involved, whether from the family, from the kitchen or service teams, we love the Ultratrail. It was a challenge, but most of all a great pleasure to be a part of this event.

Some participants have been coming to us for years to prepare for the event and have now become regulars.

Hotel Taurerwirt - the perfect base camp

The Hotel Taurerwirt is ideally located at 1,500 metres above sea level, in the middle of the national park and at the foot of the Großglockner. The run leads directly past the house. The kitchen team can respond specifically to the needs of training preparation for the event and combine it with our regionally influenced cuisine. The hotel has a very well-equipped gym, a wellness area with a pool and various saunas. Regional wellness products and treatments and massages in the SPA area.

Als Tauerwirt-Team sind gerne aktiv mit dabei, ob aus der Familie, aus Küche oder Service, wir lieben den Ultratrail.

Es ist jedesmal wieder eine besondere Herausforderung und doch ein großes Glück Teil dieses Events zu sein.

Einige Teilnehmer kommen schon seit Jahren zur Vorbereitung auf den Event zu uns und sind mittlerweile zu Stammgästen geworden.

Hotel Taurerwirt - das perfekte Basecamp

Das Hotel Taurerwirt liegt ideal auf 1.500 Metern Seehöhe, mitten im Nationalpark und am Fuße des Großglockner. Der Lauf führt direkt am Haus vorbei. Das Küchenteam kann gezielt auf die Bedürfnisse bei der Trainingsvorbereitung auf den Event eingehen und mit unserer regional geprägten Küche kombinieren.
